The illustrated system can be designed to accurately control voltage and current regulation for precise light intensity and color mixing, temperature monitoring to prevent thermal runaway & intelligent/adaptive dimming. Communication with external systems is also possible via power-line communication (PLC), wireless technology or interfaces.

The highly efficient Cree's series of LEDs offer numerous benefits compared to traditional fixtures. These include higher energy efficiency, better illumination and the ability to integrate with building control systems.[-LESS]
