Product Overview

The 6N137 from Vishay is a through hole single channel high speed 10MBd optocoupler in 8 pin DIP package. This device mainly used at microprocessor system interface, PLC, ATE input/output isolation, computer peripheral interface, digital field bus isolation such as CC-link, DeviceNet, profibus, SDS, high speed A/D and D/A conversion, AC plasma display panel level shifting, multiplexed data transmission, digital control power supply and ground loop elimination.
