Product Overview

The CQY80NG is a 1-channel 6-pin Phototransistor Output Optocoupler with base connection. It consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode. It is suitable for line receiver and microprocessor system interface.
  • Isolation materials according to UL94V-0
  • Low temperature coefficient of CTR
  • 6kV Peak rated impulse voltage (transient overvoltage)
  • 1.6kV Isolation test voltage (partial discharge test voltage)
  • 600VRMS Rated isolation voltage (RMS includes DC)
  • >=0.75mm Thickness through insulation
