The BA2901YFV-CE2 is a ground sense comparator in 14 pin SSOP package This quad independent high gain voltage comparator is manufactured for automotive requirements of engine control unit, electric power steering and antilock brake system.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
- Standard comparator pin assignments
- Common mode input voltage range includes ground level allowingdirect ground sensing
- Internal ESD protection circuit
- Low supply current of 0.8mA (typ)
- Input bias current of 50nA (typ)
- Input offset current of 5nA (typ)
