AD7470ARUZ-REEL7

AD7470ARUZ-REEL7 is a 10-bit, high-speed, low-power, successive approximation ADC. The part contains a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 1MHz. The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using standard control inputs, allowing easy interfacing with microprocessors or DSPs. It uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughput rates.

• Flexible power/throughput rate management, no pipeline delays
• High speed parallel interface, specified for VDD of 2.7V to 5.25V
• Signal-to-noise ratio is 60dB minimum at (5V, fIN = 500KHz sine wave)
• Aperture jitter is 15ps typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.25V)
• Full power bandwidth is 20MHz typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.25V)
• Differential nonlinearity is ±0.9LSB maximum at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.25V)
• Throughput rate is 1.75MSPS maximum at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.25V)
• Quiescent current is 800µA maximum at (VDD = 2.7V to 3.3V; fS = 1.5MSPS)
• Track-and-hold acquisition time is 135ns minimum at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.25V)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 24-lead TSSOP package
