Product Overview
AD7547KNZ is an LC²MOS parallel loading dual 12bit DAC. This D/A converter provides 4 quadrant multiplication capabilities with separate reference inputs and feedback resistors. Monolithic construction ensures that thermal and gain error tracking is excellent. 12bit monotonicity is guaranteed for the DAC over the full temperature range. It is manufactured using a linear compatible CMOS (LC²MOS) process. This allows fast digital logic and precision linear circuitry to be fabricated on the same die. It is used in applications such as automatic test equipment, programmable filters, audio applications, synchro applications, and process control.
