ADG1223BRMZ-REEL7 is a monolithic, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) device containing four independently selectable switches designed on an iCMOS (industrial CMOS) process. iCMOS is a modular manufacturing process combining high voltage CMOS and bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high performance analogue ICs, capable of 33V operation. The ultralow capacitance and exceptionally low charge injection of this switches make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and sample-and-hold applications, where low glitch and fast settling are required. It is used in applications such as automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, sample-and-hold systems, audio signal routing, video signal routing, communication systems.

• Rail-to-rail operation, 3V logic-compatible inputs
• Fully specified at ±15V, +12V, no VL supply required
• On resistance is 120 ohm typical at (VDD = 15V ±10%)
• Digital input capacitance is 2.5pF typical at (VDD = 15V ±10%)
• Charge injection is 0.1pC typical at (VS = 0V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF)
• Off isolation is 75dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 1pF, f = 1MHz)
• 960MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 1pF)
• Channel-to-channel crosstalk is 90dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 1pF, f = 1MHz)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
• Package style is 10-lead MSOP
