ADG5233BRUZ is a monolithic industrial CMOS analogue switch comprising three independently selectable single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action that prevents momentary shorting when switching channels. An active-low EN input on the device is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched off. The ultralow capacitance and charge injection of this switch makes them ideal solutions for data acquisition and sample-and-hold applications, where low glitch and fast settling are required. Fast switching speed coupled with high signal bandwidth makes this device suitable for video signal switching. It is used in applications such as automatic test equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation, avionics, audio and video switching, and communication systems.

• Single-supply operation range from 9V to 40V, dual-supply operation range from ±9V to ±22V
