ADG842YKSZ-REEL7

ADG842YKSZ-REEL7 is a low-voltage CMOS device containing a single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switch. The ADG842 is open for a Logic 1 input. This device offers ultralow on resistance of less than 0.48 ohm over the full temperature range. The ADG842 is fully specified for 3.3V, 2.5V, and 1.8V supply operation. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The ADG842 exhibits break-before-make switching action. It is used in applications such as handsets, PDAs, MP3 players, power routing, battery-powered systems, communication systems, modems, and PCMCIA cards.

• tOFF is 6.5ns typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 35pF)
• Charge injection is 200pC typical at (VS = 1.5V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF)
• Total harmonic distortion (THD + N) is 0.012% typical at (RL = 32 ohm, f = 20Hz to 20KHz)
• 21MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
• Insertion loss is -0.02dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 6-lead SC70 package
