ADP2120ACPZ-R7

ADP2120 is a low quiescent current, synchronous, step-down DC-to-DC regulator in a compact package. This device uses a current mode, constant frequency pulse-width modulation (PWM) control scheme for excellent stability and transient response. Under light load conditions, this can be configured to operate in a pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode, which reduces switching frequency to save power. This requires minimal external parts and provides a high-efficiency solution with its integrated power switches, synchronous rectifiers, and internal compensation. Each IC draws less than 2µA current from the input source when it is disabled. Application includes point-of-load conversion, communications and networking equipment, industrial and instrumentation, consumer electronics, and medical applications.

• Synchronization range from 1 to 2MHz (VIN=VPVIN=3.3V, EN=VIN, SYNC/MODE=VIN at TJ= -40 to +125°C)
• Output current is 1.25A, output voltage is ADJ
• 10-lead LFCSP-WD package
• Temperature rating range from -40°C to +125°C
