Product Overview
ADR3630 is a precision, micropower, high current output voltage reference. It is an exceptional replacement to standard low dropout (LDO) regulators. For high accuracy, the output voltage and temperature coefficient are trimmed during production using the Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary DigiTrim® technology. Application includes precision power supplies, portable instrumentation, process transmitters, remote sensors, medical instrumentation, auto battery monitors.
- 4ppm/°C typical temperature coefficient (input voltage (VIN) = 3V to 16V, TA ≤ +125°C)
- 70mA typical output current capacity (VIN = VOUT + VDO3 to 16V, sourcing)
- 65µA low quiescent current, 1.5μA low shutdown current
- 3ppm p-p typical output voltage noise (VIN = 3 to 16V, -40°C ≤ to ≤ +125°C)
- Maximum initial output voltage error is ±0.08%, maximum input voltage is 16V
- 0.15V low dropout voltage, 1.8V logic compatible
- 3.000V typical output voltage(VIN = 3V to 16V, -40°C ≤ to ≤ +125°C)
- Typical solder heat resistance shift is ±0.06% (VIN = 3V to 16V, -40°C ≤TA ≤ +125°C)
- 0.5ppm/V typical line regulation (VIN = VOUT + VDO2 to 16V)
- 8 lead MSOP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
