LT3007HTS8#TRMPBF is a micropower, low dropout voltage (LDO) linear regulator. This device supplies 20mA output current with a dropout voltage of 300mV. The no-load quiescent current is 3µA. Ground pin current remains at less than 5% of output current as load increases. In shutdown, the quiescent current is less than 1µA. The LT3007 regulators optimize stability and transient response with low ESR ceramic capacitors, requiring a minimum of only 2.2µF. This regulator do not require the addition of ESR as is common with other regulators. Internal protection circuitry includes current limiting, thermal limiting, reverse-battery protection and reverse current protection. It ideal for applications that require moderate output drive capability coupled with ultralow standby power consumption. Applications include automotive, low current battery-powered systems, keep-alive power supplies, remote monitoring, utility meters, low power industrial applications.

• Quiescent current is 7µA maximum at (ILOAD = 0µA)
• Output voltage noise is 92µVRMS typ at (COUT = 2.2µF, ILOAD = 20mA, BW = 10Hz to 100KHz)
• ADJ pin bias current is 0.4nA typ at (TJ = 25°C)
• Quiescent current in shutdown is <9µA typ at (VIN = 6V, VSHDN = 0V)
• Ripple rejection is 70dB typ at (VIN – VOUT = 2V, VRIPPLE = 0.5VP-P, fRIPPLE = 120Hz, ILOAD = 20mA)
• Current limit is 75mA typ at (VIN = 45V, VOUT = 0, TJ = 25°C)
• Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, 8-lead plastic TSOT-23 package
