LT3060HTS8-5#TRMPBF

LT3060HTS8-5#TRMPBF is a micropower, low dropout voltage (LDO) linear regulator designed to operate over a wide 1.6V to 45V input supply range. With a typical dropout voltage of 300mV, this device supplies 100mA of output current. Utilizing a single external capacitor, it offers programmable low-noise reference performance and output soft-start functionality. The LT3060 boasts a mere 40μA quiescent current, providing fast transient response with a minimum 2.2μF output capacitor. During shutdown, the quiescent current drops to less than 1μA, and the reference soft-start capacitor is reset. Optimizing stability and transient response with low ESR, ceramic output capacitors, the LT3060 regulators do not require the addition of ESR, as is common with other regulators. Applications for the LT3060 include battery-powered systems, automotive and industrial power supplies, avionic power supplies, and portable instruments.

• 5V regulated output voltage at (5.55V < VIN < 45V, 1mA < ILOAD < 100mA)
• Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, 8-lead plastic ThinSOT package
