LT8645SJV-2#PBF

LT8645SJV-2#PBF is a synchronous step-down regulator that features Silent Switcher architecture designed to minimize EMI emissions while delivering high efficiency at high switching frequencies. This performance makes the device ideal for noise-sensitive applications and environments. The fast, clean, low-overshoot switching edges enable high-efficiency operation even at high switching frequencies, leading to a small overall solution size. Peak current mode control with a 40ns minimum on-time allows high step-down ratios even at high switching frequencies. Burst Mode® operation enables ultralow standby current consumption, and the pulse-skipping mode allows full switching frequency at lower output loads or spread spectrum the operation can further reduce EMI emissions. Applications include automotive and industrial supplies, general purpose step-down, GSM power supplies.

• Feedback pin input current is 20ns maximum at (VFB = 1V, TA = 25°C)
• EN/UV pin hysteresis is 45mV typical at (TA = 25°C)
• Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, 32-lead LQFN package
