LTC2630AHSC6-LM12#TRMPBF

LTC2630AHSC6-LM12#TRMPBF is a 12bit, voltage output DAC with an integrated, high-accuracy, low-drift reference. The LTC2630-L has a full-scale output of 2.5V and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. The parts use a simple SPI/MICROWIRE™ compatible 3-wire serial interface which operates at clock rates up to 50MHz. The LTC2630 incorporates a power-on reset circuit. Applications include mobile communications, process control and industrial automation, automatic test equipment, portable equipment, and automotive.

• Guaranteed monotonic over temperature, supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V
• SPI serial interface, double-buffered data latches
• 2.5V full scale voltage, internal reference mode, 12bit resolution
• Mid-scale (power on reset to code), integral nonlinearity is ±1LSB typical at (TA = 25°C)
• Offset error is ±0.5mV typical at (TA = 25°C, VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V)
• Power supply rejection ratio is -80dB typical at (VCC = 3V ±10% or 5V ±10%)
• Supply current is 160µA typical at (VCC = 3V, supply as reference)
• Voltage output slew rate is 1V/µs typical at (TA = 25°C, VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V)
• Output voltage noise density is 140nV/√Hz typical at (f = 1KHz, supply as reference)
• Automotive temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, 6-lead SC70 package
