Product Overview
TDA7265 is a 25W + 25W stereo amplifier with mute and standby. It is a class AB dual Audio power amplifier. It is specially designed for high-quality sound applications such as Hi-Fi music centres and stereo TV sets.
- Supply voltage range from +5V to +25V
- Standby feature (low Iq), few external components
- Short-circuit protection, thermal overload protection
- Total quiescent current is 80mA typical at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Input offset voltage is 20mV typical at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Output power is 25W typical at (THD = 10% RL = 8 ohm ; VS + 16V; RL = 4 ohm)
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.01% typical at (RL = 8 ohm ; PO = 1W; f = 1KHz)
- Slew rate is 10V/µs typ at (VI = ±10V, RL = 2Kohm, CL = 100pF)
- Total input noise is 4µV typical at (f = 20Hz to 22Khz)
- Operating temperature range from -20°C to 85°C, multiwatt package
