N2751A

N2751A is a InfiniiMode active differential probe. It is a new generation of low-cost differential active probes compatible with Keysight InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes’ AutoProbe interface. It comes with new operation modes and convenient measurements of differential, single-ended, and common mode signals with a single probe tip, without reconnecting the probe to change the connection. The N2751A probe’s InfiniiMode provides the following modes of operation such as A – B (differential), A – ground (single-ended A), B – ground (single-ended B) and (A+B)/2 – ground (common mode).

• 3.5GHz bandwidth
• Switchable attenuation ratio of 2:1 or 10:1
• Dynamic range: ±5V or 10Vpp at 10:1 setting and ±1V or 2Vpp at 2:1 setting
• Wide DC offset range up to ±15V
• Maximum input voltage of 30V DC + peak AC
• 200kohm differential, 100kohm single-ended, 50kohm common mode input resistance
• Low 700fF input capacitance with browser tip
• Recommended for Infiniium 9000/9000A series with s/w V3.5 or higher, S-series with 5.0 or higher
• 1.3m cable length
