The STM32 NUCLEO-WB55RG is a versatile development platform for IoT, smart home, wearable, and industrial automation applications. Powered by the dual-core STM32WB55RG MCU (Arm® Cortex®-M4/M0+), it supports Bluetooth® LE 5.4, Zigbee, Thread, and 802.15.4 protocols, enabling robust wireless connectivity for low-power and long-range applications.

The board features 1 MB Flash and 256 KB SRAM, along with ultra-low-power modes for energy-efficient designs. Expansion is simplified with Arduino Uno V3 and ST morpho headers, while the onboard ST-LINK/V2-1 debugger/programmer enables seamless programming and debugging.

Engineers can leverage STM32CubeWB, which provides HAL drivers, sample code, and middleware, alongside STM32CubeMX and STM32CubeProgrammer for easy configuration and firmware management. The board supports USB, UART, SPI, and I2C interfaces, and includes user LEDs and push buttons for rapid prototyping. Secure Boot and Secure Firmware Update ensure robust security for connected devices, making this kit ideal for high-performance, multi-protocol IoT development.
