R24P22005D/P is a RxxP2xxyy high slew rate Sic transistor driver requires an isolated asymmetric supply of +20/-5V with high isolation voltage and low isolation capacitance. The RxxP2xxyyD series have been specially designed to fulfil this demanding requirement with 6400VDC isolation and <lt/>10pF isolation capacitance. The load on each output can be unequal, as long as the total power remains under 2W. The internal transformer uses a pot-core to physically separate the input and output windings, yet the converter still fits into an industry standard SIP7 case. A special feature of the RxxP2xxyyD converter is output power sharing: they can be used with equal power (asymmetrical current) or equal current (asymmetrical power) loads.
