BD18333EUV-ME2 is a 24CH linear LED driver embedded automotive lamps LED driver with 8bit PWM dimming and 8-bit local DC dimming individual channels. Communication with μ-controller is available via UART. Application includes rear lamps (+ animation), position/DRL (+ animation), turn (+ animation).
- 4.5V to 40.0V operating input voltage range, 125mA LED pin maximum output current
- Nano Cap™ integrated
- ISO 26262 process compliant to support ASIL-B, integrated 24CH LED constant current driver
- UART interface, independent 8bit PWM dimming function
- Independent 8bit local DC dimming function, independent 4bit delay function
- Independent 4bit delay function, LSI protection function (UVLO, TSD)
- LED abnormality detection function (open/short), LED cathode short detection function
- Integrated abnormality output the FAILB pin
- HTSSOP-C48 package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
