Product Overview
LDQ40PUR is a high-accuracy voltage regulator. It provides 250mA of current. This device is stabilized with a small ceramic capacitor on the output. The low drop, low quiescent current, and short-circuit protection make the device suitable for low-power battery-operated applications. An enable logic control function puts the device in shutdown mode allowing a total current consumption lower than 0.3µA. Thermal protection is also included. It is used in applications such as EV powertrain, always-on battery connected applications, infotainment and instrument clusters, ADAS.
- AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified, input voltage range from 3.3V to 40V
- Logic-controlled electronic shutdown, internal current limit
- Short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, output active discharge function
- Output voltage accuracy is +1.5% max at (VOUT(NOM) + 1V ≤ VIN ≤ 18V)
- Dropout voltage is 500mV typical at (IOUT = 250mA)
- Quiescent current during regulation is 15µA typical at (10mA, TJ = 25°C)
- Standby current is 0.3µA typical at (VIN = 14V, TJ = 25°C)
- Power good hysteresis is 70mV typical at (TJ = 25°C)
- Adjustable output voltage, output noise voltage is 50µVRMS typical at (TJ = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, DFN6 package
