Product Overview
PP011-1 is a miniature high impedance passive probe designed for use with ≥ 600MHz Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes. Its high input resistance and low capacitance make it ideal for general purpose probing of signals with frequency content from DC through several hundred MHz.
- 500MHz bandwidth, 10:1 attenuation
- Compensation range from 10 to 20pF
- 9.5pF input capacitance, 10Mohm input resistance
- Maximum voltage is 400Vrms
- Operating temperature range from 0° to 50°C
- 1.3m (4.3ft) cable length
- For WaveRunner 6000(A), WaveRunner Xi(A)(1GHz-2GHz), WaveSurfer Xs(A,B) (1GHz) series oscilloscopes
