ASPIAIG-F4020-2R2M-T is an ASPIAIG-F4020 series moulded SMD power inductor. Application includes automotive grade 1 and electric vehicles, ADAS and body electronics, infotainment systems lighting, motor control, solar inverters, and solar power, DC/DC converters in distributed power systems, and battery powered devices.
- PPAP ready and supported, TS16949 certified production lines
- AEC-Q200 grade 1 qualified (-40°C to +125°C ambient)
- Excellent current capacity up to 33A, 15V operating voltage
- Exceptionally low DCR, soft saturation, low profile for compact designs
- Shielded constructions for low EMI
- 2.20µH inductance (0.1MHz/0.1V), ±20% tolerance, 38.70mohm maximum DC resistance
- 6.0A maximum saturation current, 5.6A maximum temperature rise current
- Alloy powder core, 220° flat wire
- Dimension is 4.4 x 4.4 x 1.9mm
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C (including self-temperature rise)
