SSH-G01-002-CP-R is a SSH-G01 series, hall-effect gear tooth speed and direction sensor. It is designed to precisely calculate speed and direction of ferrous gears in demanding environments such as vehicle transmissions. The hall-effect sensor measures the variation in flux found in the airgap between the magnet and the passing teeth. Based on its touchless technology and rugged design this sensor provides true long-term reliability. It is resistant to moist and high vibration environments such as engines, transmissions, brakes and chassis systems. It is used in applications such vehicle transmission, wheel speed and direction, engine speed, anti-lock braking system, pump speed feedback.
- Speed and direction feedback, fast and near zero speed sensing capable
- Compact and rugged for automotive & industrial areas
- Sealed for harsh environments: IP67, ESD protection
- Easily customizable cable or connector interface
- Two wire current source - CW (reverse) output, 7KHz (reverse) maximum speed
- 1ms power-on time, 10µs output rise time, 10µs output fall time
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- 4-24VDC operating voltage range, -18VDC reverse supply voltage
