- Temperature compensation (20-40°C) : < 0.5% O2
- Recommended load resistor: min 10kohms
- Temperature range from -20°C to +50°C
- Pressure range: 500 to 2000mbar
- Long-term output drift: <5% per annum
- Expected operating life: 1.6m% O2 hrs in AIR STP
- Operating humidity range: 0% to 99% RH (non-condensing)
