KRTBLSLPS1.32-VUVX-EQ+BTBV-D8+TXUV-L1-B is a DISPLIX® P3333 LED. This device is especially designed for full colour RGB applications. The 6-lead technology allows for an additive mixture of colour stimuli by independent driving of each chip. Applications include entertainment, indoor lighting, projection and display.
- White PLCC-6 package, diffused silicone resin, black surface
- Thin film / UX:3 / InGaN on sapphire chip technology
- 120° (Lambertian emitter) typical radiation
- ESD: 500V acc. to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 1B)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 100°C
- Forward current is 1mA min at TA = 25°C
- 120° viewing angle at 50% IV
