AD4080BBCZ is a high-speed, low-noise, low-distortion 20-bit Easy Drive SAR ADC. It maintains high performance (SINAD > 90dBFS) at signal frequencies above 1MHz, supporting precision, wide-bandwidth data acquisition. Oversampling with integrated digital filtering and decimation simplifies anti-alias filter design, reduces noise, and lowers output data rate for non-low-latency applications. Easy Drive features reduce signal chain complexity and power consumption while enabling higher channel density and flexible component selection. The input structure minimizes signal-dependent currents, reducing settling artifacts. Continuous acquisition eases driver settling and bandwidth needs. Integrated features include a low-drift reference buffer, LDO regulators, a 16K FIFO, and decoupling capacitors, simplifying PCB layout and improving overall performance.
