Product Overview
AD5316RBRUZ-RL7 is a quad, 10bit nanoDAC with 2ppm/°C reference, I²C interface. This device operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply, it is guaranteed monotonic by design and exhibits less than 0.1% FSR gain error and 1.5mV offset error performance. It also incorporates a power-on reset circuit and an RSTSEL pin. The RSTSEL pin ensures that the DAC outputs power upto zero scale or midscale and remains at that level until a valid write takes place. The device contains a per-channel power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device in power-down mode to 4µA at 3V. It uses a versatile 2-wire serial interface that operates clock rates upto 400KHz and includes a VLOGIC pin intended for 1.8V/3V/5V logic. It is used in applications such as digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable attenuators, industrial automation, and data acquisition systems.

- Output voltage settling time is 5µs typical at (¼ to ¾ scale settling to ±1LSB)
- Slew rate is 0.8V/µs typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V, VREF = 2.5V, 1.62V ≤ VLOGIC ≤ 5.5V)
- Digital-to-analogue glitch impulse is 0.5nV-sec typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V; VREF = 2.5V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, 16-lead TSSOP package
