Product Overview
AD5600HRMZ is a single channel, 16bit resolution, voltage output digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) designed for high temperature operation. The AD5600 guarantees 16bit monotonicity over the specified temperature range and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V voltage supply. It is designed for robustness at extreme temperatures, including monometallic wire bonding, and is qualified for up to 1000 hours of operation at the maximum temperature rating. The AD5600 uses a versatile 3-wire serial peripheral interface (SPI) high-temperature that is compatible with 50MHz SPI, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP interface standards. Applications include downhole drilling and instrumentation, heavy industrial, high temperature environments.

- Relative accuracy (INL) is ±0.5LSB typ at (TA = -55°C to +175°C)
- Analog current (AIDD) is 125μA typ at (TA = -55°C to +175°C)
- Output voltage settling time is 30µs typ at (to divide the LSB of the full scale in half)
- Slew rate is 7V/µs typ at (CL = 18pF, measured from 0% to 63%)
- 1.2MHz -3dB bandwidth at (1s loaded, VREF capacitance (CREF) = 0.1µF)
- Noise spectral density is 14nV/√Hz typ at (DAC code = 0x0000, frequency = 1KHz)
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +175°C, 10-lead MSOP package
