Product Overview
AD5627R is a dual channel, 12bit, buffered voltage-out digital-to-analogue converter (DAC). It operate from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply and are guaranteed by monotonic design, and have an I²C-compatible serial interface. It contains a per-channel power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 480nA at 5V and provides software-selectable output loads while in power down mode. The low power consumption of this device in normal operation makes it ideally suited to portable battery operated equipment. It is widely used in application such as process control, data acquisition systems, portable battery-powered instruments, digital gain and offset adjustment, programmable voltage and current sources, programmable attenuators etc.

- Gain error is ±1.5% of FSR at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V; RL = 2Kohm to GND)
- Total harmonic distortion is −80dB at (VREF = 2V ± 0.1V p-p, frequency = 10kHz)
- Slew rate is 1.8V/µs at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V; RL = 2Kohm to GND)
- Output voltage settling time is 3µs at (¼ to ¾ scale settling to ±0.5LSB)
- Operating temperature is −40°C to +105°C, packaging style is 10-lead MSOP
