AD7091R-4 family is a multichannel 12bit, ultralow power, successive approximation analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) in four analogue input channel. Typical applications include battery-powered systems, personal digital assistants, medical instruments, mobile communications, instrumentation and control systems, data acquisition systems, optical sensors and diagnostic/monitoring functions.

• Flexible power/throughput rate management and programmable ALERT interrupt pin
• Normal mode: 1.4mW at 1MSPS and power-down mode: 550/435nA typical at VDD = 5.25/3V
• 1MSPS throughput with no latency/pipeline delay, 70dB typ SNR at 10KHz and -80dB typ THD at 10KHz
• Wide operating range specified for VDD of 2.7V to 5.25V and INL: ±0.7LSB typ, ±1.0LSB max
• On-chip accurate 2.5V reference, 5ppm/°C typical drift and daisy-chain mode
• SPI/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™/DSP compatible digital interface and BUSY indication
• Integrated programmable channel sequencer
• Built in features for control and monitoring applications
• 20 lead LFCSP package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
