Product Overview
AD7367 is a 14bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) that features throughput rates upto 1MSPS. This device contains two ADCs, each preceded by a 2-channel multiplexer, and a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier. It is fabricated on the Analog Devices, Inc., industrial CMOS process which is a technology platform combining the advantages of low and high voltage CMOS. The iCMOS process allows the device to accept high voltage bipolar signals in addition to reducing power consumption and package size. It can accept true bipolar analogue input signals in the ±10V range, ±5V range, and 0V to 10V range. It has an on-chip 2.5V reference that can be disabled to allow the use of an external reference. If a 3V reference is applied to the DCAPA and DCAPB pins, this device can accept a true bipolar ±12V analogue input. Minimum ±12V VDD and VSS supplies are required for the ±12V input range.

- Conversion time is 610ns maximum at (AVCC = DVCC = 4.75V to 5.25V)
- Full power bandwidth is 35MHz typical at (3dB, ±10V range)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C, package style is 24-lead TSSOP
