Product Overview
AD7468 is a 8bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation analogue-to-digital converters (ADC), respectively. The parts operate from a single 1.6V to 3.6V power supply and feature throughput rates up to 320KSPS with low power dissipation. The parts contain a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier, which can handle input frequencies in excess of 3MHz. Suitable for use in battery-powered systems, medical instruments, remote data acquisition, isolated data acquisition applications.

- Signal-to-noise and distortion (SINAD) 49dB min at VDD = 1.6V, fIN = 30KHz sine wave
- Power-down mode is 0.3µW max at VDD = 3V
- Conversion time is 2.94µs max at 10 SCLK cycles with SCLK at 3.4MHz
- Flexible power/serial clock speed management
- No pipeline delays
- High speed serial interface: SPI/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™/DSP compatible
- Automatic power-down
- 6-lead SOT-23 package, ±0.2LSB max linearity error
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
