Product Overview
AD7943BRSZ is a fast 12bit multiplying DAC that operates from a single +5V supply (normal mode) and a single +3.3V to +5V supply (biased mode). The AD7943 has a serial interface. It is used in applications such as battery-powered instrumentation, laptop computers, and upgrades for all 754x series DACs (5V designs).
- Relative accuracy is ±0.5LSB maximum at (VDD = +4.5V to +5.5V)
- Differential nonlinearity is ±0.5LSB maximum at (VDD = +4.5V to +5.5V)
- Gain temperature coefficient is 2ppm FSR/°C typical at (VDD = +4.5V to +5.5V)
- Output voltage settling time is 600ns typical at (VDD = +4.5V to +5.5V)
- Digital to analogue glitch impulse is 60nV-s typical at (VDD = +4.5V to +5.5V)
- Total harmonic distortion is -83dB typical at (VDD = +4.5V to +5.5V)
- Output noise spectral density is 35nV/√Hz typical at (VDD = +4.5V to +5.5V)
- Operating voltage range from 4.5V to 5.5V, input capacitance is 10pF typical
- Output leakage current is 10nA maximum at (+25°C, VDD = +4.5V to +5.5V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 16-lead SOP package
