Product Overview
AD8513 is a quad channel precision JFET amplifier. It feature low offset voltage, input bias current, input voltage noise, and input current noise. The combination of low offsets, low noise, and very low input bias currents makes this amplifier suitable for high impedance sensor amplification and precise current measurements using shunts. The combination of dc precision, low noise, and fast settling time results in superior accuracy in medical instruments, electronic measurement, and automated test equipment. Fast slew rate and great stability with capacitive loads make this amplifier perfect fit for high performance filters. It has a gain bandwidth of 8MHz at (VS = ±5V). This amplifier is widely used in application such as instrumentation, multipole filters, precision current measurement, photodiode amplifiers, sensors, audio etc.
- Offset voltage range is 0.9mV max at (−40°C <lt/> TA <lt/> +125°C)
- Settling time is 0.5μs at (To 0.1%, 0V to 10V step, G = +1), (VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- Input voltage range is −2.0V to +2.5V at (VS = ±5V), low TCVOS is 1μV/°C typical
- Low input bias current is 25pA typical at (VS = ±15V)
- Low noise is 8nV/√Hz typical at (f = 1kHz) (VS = ±5V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- Low distortion is 0.0005% at (1kHz, G = +1, RL = 2kΩ), (VS = ±5V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- No phase reversal, unity-gain stable, slew rate is 20V/μs (RL = 2kΩ)
- Operating supply current is 2.75mA max at (VS = ±5V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
- Package style is 14-lead SOIC-N
