AD9225ARZ

AD9225ARZ is a monolithic, single-supply, 12bit, 25MSPS analogue-to-digital converter with an on-chip, high performance sample-and-hold amplifier and voltage reference. The AD9225 uses a multistage differential pipelined architecture with output error correction logic to provide 12bit accuracy at 25MSPS data rates, and guarantees no missing codes over the full operating temperature range.

• INL: ±1LSB, DNL: ±0.4LSB, SNR: 70dB and THD: -81dB at finput=10MHz and SFDR: -85dB at finput=2.5MHz

• Compatible with 3V logic
• 28-lead standard small outline package [SOIC-W]
