Product Overview
ADA4004-4 is a precision amplifier designed on the high performance iPolar™ process, enabling improvements such as reduced noise and power consumption, increased speed and stability and smaller footprint size. Novel design techniques enable the ADA4004-4 to achieve low voltage noise density. Typical application includes precision instrumentation, filter blocks, microphone preamplifiers, industrial control, thermocouples and RTDs and reference buffers.
- Very low voltage noise is 1.8nV/√Hz typ and 3.5pA/√Hz typ current noise density at VSY = ±5V
- Low input bias current of 90nA maximum at VSY = ±5V
- Offset voltage of 140µV maximum at VSY = ±5V
- High gain of 120dB
- Wide bandwidth of 12MHz at VSY = ±5V
- 2.7 V/μs typical slew rate at VSY = ±5V
- ±5V to ±15V operation
- Phase margin of 48°
- 14 lead NSOIC package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
