Product Overview
ADA4898-2 is a dual ultra-low noise and distortion, unity gain stable, voltage feedback op-amp that is ideal for use in 16bit and 18bit systems. The ADA4898 features a linear, low noise input stage and internal compensation that achieves high slew rates and low noise. With the wide supply voltage range, low offset voltage, and wide bandwidth, the ADA4898 is extremely versatile, and it features a cancellation circuit that reduces input bias current. Typical application includes instrumentation, active filters, DAC buffers, SAR ADC drivers and optoelectronics.
- Ultralow noise of 0.9nV/√Hz input voltage and 2.4pA/√Hz input current
- Ultralow distortion: -93dBc at 500KHz
- Wide supply voltage range from ±5V to ±16V
- High speed: 65MHz (G = +1) -3dB bandwidth and slew rate: 55V/µs
- Unity gain stable
- Low input offset voltage is 160µV maximum and low input offset voltage drift of 1μV/°C
- Low input bias current of -0.1µA and low input bias current drift of 2nA/°C
- Supply current of 8mA
- 8 lead NSOIC-EP package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C
