ADG1421 is an iCMOS which contain two independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switch. The on resistance is very flat over the full analogue input range ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. The iCMOS construction ensures ultralow power dissipation, making the part ideally suited for portable and battery-powered instruments. It is widely used in application such as automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, relay replacements, battery-powered systems, sample-and-hold systems, audio signal routing, video signal routing, communication systems etc.

• 0.5 ohm maximum on resistance flatness
• Upto 250mA continuous current
• No VL supply required, 2.1 ohm on resistance
• 3V logic-compatible inputs, fully specified at +12V, ±15V, ±5V
• Rail-to-rail operation
• −3dB bandwidth is 150MHz typ at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
• Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
• Packaging style is 10-lead mini small outline package [MSOP]
