Product Overview
ADG507A is CMOS monolithic analogue multiplexer with dual 8 channels. It switches one of eight differential inputs to a common differential output, depending on the state of three binary addresses and an enable input. The device has TTL and 5V CMOS logic compatible digital inputs. This device is designed on an enhanced LC²MOS process, which gives an increased signal capability of VSS to VDD and enables operation over a wide range of supply voltages. It can operates comfortably anywhere in the 10.8V to 16.5V single or dual supply range. This multiplexer also features high switching speeds and low RON.
