ADG613YRUZ-REEL7

ADG613YRUZ-REEL7 monolithic CMOS device containing four independently selectable switches. These switches offer ultralow charge injection of 1pC over the full input signal range and typical leakage currents of 10pA at 25°C. The ADG613 contains two switches with digital control logic similar to that of the ADG611 and two switches in which the logic is inverted. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The ADG613 exhibits break-before-make switching action. It is used in applications such as automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, communications systems, sample-and-hold systems, audio signal routing, relay replacement, and avionics.

• On-resistance flatness is 25 ohm typical at (VS = ±3V, IS = -1mA, VDD = +5V ±10%, VSS = -5V ±10%)
• tON is 45ns typical at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF, VS = 3.0V, VDD = +5V ±10%, VSS = -5V ±10%)
• tOFF is 25ns typical at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF, VS = 3.0V, VDD = +5V ±10%, VSS = -5V ±10%)
• 680MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, VDD = +5V ±10%, VSS = -5V ±10%)
• Charge injection is -0.5pC typical at (VS = 0V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF, VDD = +5V ±10%)
• Off isolation is -65dB typ at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 10MHz, VDD = +5V ±10%, VSS = -5V ±10%)
• Dual-supply operation from ±2.7V to ±5.5V, single-supply operation from +2.7V to +5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 16-lead TSSOP package
