Product Overview
ADPL62086US30E+T is a low-power, supervisory circuit with manual reset. It monitors voltages from 1.02V to 4.8V using a factory-set reset threshold. It includes a manual reset (MR) input, which allows an external logic circuit to initiate a reset. The ADPL62086 features an open-drain, active-low reset output. The reset output asserts and remains asserted for the reset timeout period after the monitored voltage exceeds its threshold. Typical applications include portable/battery-powered and industrial equipment, e-readers/tablets, and smartphones.

- Operating voltage range from 1 to 5.5V at VCC= 1V to 5.5V, C1 = 0.1μF, TA = -40°C to +125°C
- VCC undervoltage lockout is 0.9V max at VCC= 1V to 5.5V, C1 = 0.1μF, TA = -40°C to +125°C
- Supply current is 10µA max at VCC = 5.5V, no load, VCC= 1V to 5.5V, C1 = 0.1μF, TA = -40°C to +125°C
- Reset threshold tempco is 30ppm/°C typical at TA = +25°C
- VCC to reset delay is 30µs typ at VCC falling at 10mV/µs from (VTH + 100mV) to (VTH - 100mV)
