Product Overview
ADR381 is a precision band gap voltage reference featuring high accuracy, high stability, and low power consumption in a tiny footprint. Patented temperature drift curvature correction techniques minimize nonlinearity of the voltage change with temperature. The wide operating range and low power consumption make this ideal for 3V to 5V battery-powered applications. This is micropower, low dropout voltage (LDV) device that provides a stable output voltage from supplies as low as 300mV above the output voltage. Typical applications are battery-powered instrumentation, portable medical instruments, data acquisition systems, industrial process control systems, hard disk drives, automotive.
- 2.5V nominal output voltage
- Output voltage range from 2.494 to 2.506V (VIN=5V, TA=25°C)
- Initial accuracy error range from -6 to 6mV (VIN=5V, TA=25°C)
- Temperature coefficient is 25ppm/°C max (−40°C <lt/> TA <lt/> +85°C, VIN=5V)
- Quiescent current is 120μA max (no load, VIN=5V, TA=25°C)
- Voltage noise is 5μV p-p typ (0.1Hz to 10Hz, VIN=5V, TA=25°C)
- Ripple rejection ratio is 85dB typ (fIN=60Hz, VIN=5V, TA=25°C)
- 3-lead SOT-23 package
- Temperature rating range from -40°C to +85°C
