Product Overview
ADRF5046 is a reflective, single-pole four-throw (SP4T) switch manufactured in the silicon process. It operates from 100MHz to 44GHz with insertion loss of lower than 3dB and isolation of higher than 31dB. The device has a radio frequency (RF) input power handling capability of 27dBm for both the through path and-hot switching. It draws a low current of 3μA on the positive supply of +3.3V, and -110μA on the negative supply of -3.3V. This device provides complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS)-/low voltage transistor-transistor logic (LVTTL)- compatible controls. It is used in application such as industrial scanner, test instrumentation, cellular infrastructure mmWave 5G, military radios, radars, and electronic counter measures (ECMs), microwave radios and very small aperture terminals (VSATs) etc.

- 0.1dB power compression is 27.5dBm typ at (f = 200MHz to 40GHz)
- Third-order intercept is 50dBm typ at (TCASE = 25°C on a 50 ohm system)
- No low frequency spurious, 0.1dB RF settling time is 50ns typ
- Positive supply voltage is 3.15V to 3.45V
