Product Overview
HMC338LC3B is a sub-harmonically pumped (x2) MMIC mixer with an integrated LO amplifier. The LO amplifier is a single bias design with a nominal -5dBm drive requirement. The HMC338LC3B eliminates the need for wire bonding, allowing use of surface mount manufacturing techniques. Typical application includes point-to-point radios, point-to-multi-point radios and VSAT, test equipment and sensors, military end-use, SAT COM.
- Sub-harmonically pumped (x2) LO
- Frequency range from 24 to 27GHz (typ, IF = 1GHz, LO = -5dBm & Vdd = +4V)
- Conversion loss is 11dB (typ, IF = 1GHz, LO = -5dBm & Vdd = +4V)
- 2LO to RF isolation is 30dB (typ, IF = 1GHz, LO = -5dBm & Vdd = +4V)
- IP3 (input) is 9dBm (typ, IF = 1GHz, LO = -5dBm & Vdd = +4V)
- 1dB compression (input) is 3dBm (typ, IF = 1GHz, LO = -5dBm & Vdd = +4V)
- Supply current (Idd) is 31mA (typ, IF = 1GHz, LO = -5dBm & Vdd = +4V)
- 16 lead LFCSP-EP package, operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
