Product Overview
HMC490LP5E is a high dynamic range GaAs pHEMT MMIC low noise amplifier. This versatile amplifier combines excellent, stable +25dBm P1dB output power with very low noise figure making it ideal for receive and transmit applications. Typical application includes point-to-point radios, point-to-multi-point radios, VSAT, military EW, ECM & C3I.
- Frequency range from 12 to 16GHz (TA = +25°C, Vdd = 5V, Idd = 200mA)
- Gain is 23dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd = 5V, Idd = 200mA)
- Gain variation over temperature is 0.03dB/ °C (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd = 5V, Idd = 200mA)
- Noise figure is 2.5dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd = 5V, Idd = 200mA)
- Input return loss is 8dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd = 5V, Idd = 200mA)
- Output return loss is 8dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd = 5V, Idd = 200mA)
