Product Overview
HMC740ST89E is an InGaP heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) gain block MMIC SMT amplifier. The HMC740ST89E exhibits excellent gain and output power stability over temperature, while requiring a minimal number of external bias components.

- Frequency range from 0.05 to 1 (
- Gain is 20dB (typ, Vcc = 5V, TA = +25°C, 50 to 1000MHz)
- Gain flatness is ±0.3dB (typ, Vcc = 5V, TA = +25°C, 50 to 1000MHz)
