Product Overview
LT1719IS8#TRPBF is a single channel, UltraFast™ comparator with rail-to rail output optimized for low voltage operation. The input voltage range extends from 100mV below VEE to 1.2V below VCC. Internal hysteresis makes the LT1719 easy to use even with slow moving input signals. The rail-to-rail outputs directly interface to TTL and CMOS. Alternatively the symmetric output drive can be harnessed for analogue applications or for easy translation to other single supply logic levels. A shutdown control allows for reduced power consumption and extended battery life in portable applications. Application includes high speed differential line receiver, crystal oscillator circuits, level translators, threshold detectors/discriminators, zero-crossing detectors, high speed sampling circuits, delay lines.

- 70MHz maximum toggle frequency typical (VOVERDRIVE = 50mV, +VS or V+ = 3V)
- 75ns typical turn-off delay (Time to ZOUT ≥10Kohm, TA = 25°C)
- 350ns typical wake-up delay (time to VOH or VOL, ILOAD = 1mA)
- 8 lead plastic SO package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
