Product Overview
LTC1288 is a 3V micropower, 12bit, successive approximation sampling A/D converter. It typically draw only 160µA of supply current when converting and automatically power down to a typical supply current of 1nA whenever they are not performing conversions. Typical applications include pen screen digitizing, battery-operated systems, remote data acquisition, isolated data acquisition, battery monitoring, temperature measurement.
- Single supply 3V to 6V operation
- Low cost 12bit resolution ADC
- Guaranteed ±3/4LSB max DNL and ±2LSB max INL
- ±8LSB gain error and ±3LSB offset error
- On-chip sample-and-hold
- 100µs conversion time and 2-channel MUX
- Sampling rates of 6.6Ksps and 120KHz max clock frequency
- I/O compatible with SPI, microwire, etc
- 8 lead SOIC package
- Operating temperature range from 0 to 70°C
