Product Overview
LTC2636IMS-LZ10#PBF is an octal 10bit voltage-output DAC with an integrated, high-accuracy, low-drift 10ppm/°C reference. LTC2636-L has a rail-to-rail output buffer and is guaranteed monotonic. The LTC2636-L has a full-scale output of 2.5V and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. These DACs communicate via an SPI/MICROWIRE-compatible 3-wire serial interface which operates at clock rates up to 50MHz. The LTC2636 incorporates a power-on reset circuit. Applications include mobile communications, process control and industrial automation, automatic test equipment, portable equipment, automotive, and optical networking.
- Double-buffered data latches, low noise is 0.75mVP-P at 0.1Hz to 200KHz
- 2.5V full scale voltage, internal reference mode
- Reset to zero-scale in internal reference mode
- Integral nonlinearity is ±0.2LSB typical at ( VCC = 3V, internal reference, TA = 25°C)
- Offset error is ±0.05mV typical at (VCC = 3V, internal ref, TA = 25°C)
- Gain error is ±0.2%FSR typical at (VCC = 3V, internal ref, TA = 25°C)
- Voltage output slew rate is 1.0V/µs typical at (TA = 25°C, VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Multiplying bandwidth is 320KHz typical at (TA = 25°C, VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- SCK frequency is 59MHz maximum at (TA = 25°C, VCC = 2.7V to 5.5V)
- Industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 16-lead MSOP package
